Alarm operates the region's most advanced central monitoring center. Located
in Warwick, Rhode Island, the state of the art center provides around the
clock protection for thousands of customers throughout New England. When
alarm signals come into the station, trained operators are able to respond
quickly. Electronic Alarm has computers and customized software that provide
dispatchers with access to all pertinent information necessary to react
to emergency situations, including the type and location of the incident
and a detailed list of procedures to follow. Electronic Alarm is proud to
operate the only Providence area UL "AA" accredited central station offering
in house guard response to burglar alarms.

Alarm
Agent Response:
This
service is most often used by commercial clients that have Underwriters
Laboratories Central Station certificate service. It provides a dual agency
response: as local authorities are dispatched, a guard from our Central
Station is dispatched as well with the keys to the home or business. Our
company guard will meet with the police and conduct an interior investigation
of the premise. When not in use, our client keys are kept secured in a sealed
package that is time/date stamped anytime the seal is broken. The sealed
packages are kept locked inside the company central station and are only
removed when necessary for an alarm response. Insurance companies give the
highest discount for this level of alarm service because each agency is
independent and separate making sure no one touches or removes property.
Logged
Openings and Closings:
Our
systems are capable of sending our central station information each time
it is turned on or off indicating who entered and left the building. This
information is logged in our computer and retained for three years. If ever
any question should arise as to what time anyone visited your home or business,
you can call and receive the details of who armed or disarmed your system.
Managed
Openings and Closings:
With ELECTRONIC
ALARM SYSTEMS, INC. management of opening and closing signals received and
logged by the central station, access can be restricted on a per employee
basis by the time of day and day of week. Additionally, the failure to arm
the system by a certain time of day would result in an effort by our central
station to get the system armed, either remotely by computer or by one of
our mobile guards.
Opening
and Closing Reports:
Systems
installed by ELECTRONIC ALARM SYSTEMS, INC. can be programmed to call in
and identify when your system is armed and disarmed as well as who armed
and disarmed your system. Reports can be provided on a weekly or monthly
basis to help you supervise your employees.
Vacation
Watch:
This service
allows customers to leave their homes for an extended period of time without
worrying about the accumulation of newspapers and mail. During your absence,
our agents will pick up your deliveries and place them in a designated area
of your choice. Our agents will perform residence checks while you are away
and will respond with the police to any alarm occurrence.
Card
Access Administration:
ELECTRONIC
ALARM SYSTEMS, INC. can serve as the administrator of your keyless access
system needs through our central station. We can lock doors, add or delete
cardholders to the system and provide reports of activity on the system.
This service is terrific for clients who don't have the internal staff to
administer thier system or ID badging needs.
