Our Team is Ready to Serve You

Alarm Services

Since we began providing Rhode Island security systems in 1969, we have always considered ourselves a service company. Whenever you call us, it will be a member of the Electronic Alarms security service team on the phone, and it will be one of our staff who arrives at your home or business for a service call. We operate 24-7, 365 days a year, so that whenever a customer calls they will find a real person on the other end of the phone able to handle their request.

From our Warwick, Rhode Island service center, we dispatch a field service team of licensed, experienced technicians who are ready to handle alarm installation or customer service calls. We track our service team by GPS and display their locations on a flat-panel screen for all our operators to see, so if there is an urgent call for service, we can dispatch the closest available technician.

24-Hour Technical Support

There are times when talking to a knowledgeable person by phone can fix a service problem. So we have technical staff on call 24 hours a day to respond to urgent customer questions.

Dedicated, Trained and Secure

Our field service technicians are fully licensed for security and low-voltage systems work and participate in regular training programs each year to stay current with evolving technology and regulations. Furthermore, every employee at Electronic Alarms must pass a criminal background check every two years to be part of our team.
